One of their annual fundraisers is coming up in October and they asked me to shoot some promotion photos for this event. The Annual Celebrity Chef Dinner is October 9th this year at Hilton, Orange County.
I asked my contact where they expected the student and facility to be standing during the all-important passing of the diploma. They suggested an area in front of a projection screen (ouch!). I suggested another area two feet to the right that provided a floral background and lights. I then taped down some business cards showing them exactly where to stand. I asked them stand for a test shot and showed them the difference (much better).
The Irvine Company was to release 20,000 acres of open space wilderness land to Orange County Parks to be preserved and made available to the public under their stewardship for future generations. This increases OC Parks’ parkland by 50 percent to 60,000 acres. This is the largest single donation of land to the county in its history.

I met Henna Artist Lernie Beuler at a health fair where she had a booth and was demonstrating her work. Henna painting has been popular throughout the world for ages celebrating transitions in life, why not a pregnancy.
This is called Chroma-Key technology or Green Screen. Basically a green colored background is used (blue works also) for the photo. This makes it easier to drop out and replace with whatever other background is required.
